  1. So good! Definitely add salt and pepper because it makes a big difference. But overall a yummy meal!

  2. OMG!!! This is full of flavor!!! Made this for my daughter to carb load before tournament. It was amazingly simple and amazingly delicious. I used Romano cheese, basil and Italian parsley. I used mostly lime and a little lemon for the second tablespoon. The sauce made an amazing dip, too. Maybe I used a little too much cheese. I will triple the recipe next time.

  3. I only made the sauce part of this recipe. I had bought some pasta that was supposed to have a garlic sauce, but was completely tasteless. I found this recipe and made the sauce.. it was really, really good. Thanks for this recipe that turned a meh dish into an amazingly good one! 🙂

  4. Perfect as is. My 13 year-old son made this for his school project. So good – and healthy, and easy to make! He had to follow the recipe exactly for the project, so I can vouch for it as written. I’ve also made it before, and I love the sharpness of raw grated (freshly minced) garlic, so I increase this. If I was just doing this for adults, I’d do the extra garlic and add more lime or lemon with some zest, plus extra pepper. Not needed for a family meal though.

  5. Just made this for my vegetarian family and we all loved it! I added spinach with a small amount of basil to the sauce and used avocado oil instead of olive oil. I mixed in some roasted broccoli and topped with toasted panko crumbs for extra texture.

  6. SO good!!! You absolutely have to try this recipe I loved it so much. I cut it in half and it made the perfect serving size for me, I finished it all! I didn’t have all the ingredients on hand so I substituted canola oil for vegetable oil and dried herbs for fresh ones, and it still came out it amazing. Tastes so fresh, tangy, and flat out delicious. Thanks so much for this recipe, will definitely be making this again! :))

  7. Just made this last night and we loved it. In fact my friend is coming over tomorrow and I am making it for her. Only thing I added was 2 tablespoons of yogurt. Otherwise I followed recipe. Thank you for such a delicious, easy recipe.

  8. This was really lovely – made it on a whim to use up an avocado. I used coriander (cilantro) and lime also and it was delicious! Also added some fried courgettes and sun dried tomatoes as needed to use up, and sprinkled with extra cheese, lots of black pepper and chilli flakes. It doesn’t at all taste like guacamole on pasta, just its own very delicious thing which you can play around with as you like – thank you.

  9. So good! Made mine plant-based, so subbed oil out for veggie broth and subbed the cheese out WIth nutritional yeast. I eyeballed those ingredients. Will definitely be making this again. Thanks for the inspiration!! (Sorry for caps…would only show that way)
