Lightly season the veggies with salt, pepper, and olive oil. Place the fillets next to the veggies and bake 18-20 minutes or until the salmon is cooked and the veggies are tender. Easy One Pan Baked Salmon with Veggies
- 1 cup sliced zucchini
- 1 cup broccoli
- ½ cup cherry tomatoes
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon pepper
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 Gorton's Signature Seasoned Salmon fillets
- Pre-heat oven to 375 Degrees F.
- Combine veggies in a large sheet pan. Season the veggies with salt, pepper, and olive oil. Place the fillets next to the veggies and bake 18-20 minutes or until the salmon is cooked and the veggies are tender.
