Pasta & Broccoli Salad with Creamy Lemon Dressing Happy Monday! The days just fly by don’t they..

Who’s ready to start spring with a refreshing spring salad?

Pasta & Broccoli Salad with Creamy Lemon Dressing

This pasta salad is made with fresh grape tomatoes (you can also use cherry tomatoes or just regular tomatoes chopped up), broccoli, black olives, and pasta of course.

I topped it with a fresh homemade creamy lemon dressing. Have you ever heard of a creamy lemon dressing? I made this dressing today and boy it was delicious. It’s light, creamy and packed with an amazing lemon flavor.

I know homemade dressing might sound hard but it’s really easy to make. Whisk all the ingredients and your done! Didn’t I tell you it was going to be easy 🙂

Okay let’s get started cooking! First your going to want to boil some water and cook the pasta for 5-8 minutes or until it’s nice and soft; not to soft though because it will get sticky, trust me..

While the pasta is cooking go ahead and boil the broccoli as well but for no more than 1 minute. After you have drained the pasta and broccoli combine all of the ingredients in a bowl and pour some of that nice and creamy lemon dressing!
