Lemon Garlic Steak (Chuck Blade)Who ever said steak can’t buy happiness?!

This steak sure can. For a few minutes at least, while you devour it..

If you’re looking for a quick and delicious recipe to make with those steaks you have on hand then you must try this super easy yet flavorful lemon garlic steak recipe. I used beef chuck blade steaks but any other cut works great.

Lemon Garlic Steak (Chuck Blade)

This recipe is all about the lemon and garlic (okay.. and butter too..). Go ahead and dice up your garlic then rub it on the steak along with some salt, pepper, and paprika for a little extra kick.

Squeeze some of the lemon on the steak then pop it on a HOT heavy duty pan that’s already been coated with a tablespoon of butter and more garlic of course. Cook the steak no more than 2-3 minutes on each side on medium-high heat.

Tip: Remember to keep the heat high so it can seal in the moisture and give the outside of the steak a nice dark crispy crust. Lemon Garlic Steak (Chuck Blade)

  1. Delicious!!! I did use the paprika and I was generous with it.

Once the meat was done, I removed it and covered it. Then I added Wesson Oil to the pan with the remaining oil and flavors. I heated that up and sliced up two red potatoes. Fried them for five minutes, while I sliced up two yellow onions. Flipped the potatoes and added the onions on top. Fried them for five more minutes. Plated them and garlic salted them. Perfect!

  2. This was so good! I looked up a recipe for chuck top blade steak I had (thin cut) and this recipe popped up. Really good with the paprika and lemon juice. I made it in a cast iron skillet. I don’t have much experience cooking beef so this helped me see how easy and delicious it is. Healthy too. Served it with mashed potatoes and sauteed asparagus with a little garlic. I look forward to trying out some more recipes, like the chili cilantro lime chicken. Thanks!!!

  3. Will lime juice work instead of lemon or is that a bad idea?
