How would this taste if the cream cheese was low-fat. How would it change the nutritional value of the recipe

      Layla

If you are doing keto I would stick with full-fat cream cheese. As for the taste, it won’t change it significantly and for the nutrition, the only substantial difference would be the calories. Unfortunately, I don’t have the exact count for low-fat cream cheese.

      Bo Price

I used low fat cream cheese. It was very good. I could not tell a difference

    Caroll Hamilton

I love the difference recipes 😍

      Layla

Although I have not tried this recipe with an alternative, the only thing I can think of would be coconut cream or non-dairy cream cheese.

Made this last night. It was excellent. only issue i had was using frozen brocolli. i steamed the brocolli however i left it pretty crunchy and so produced alot of liquid during the cooking process. i keep adding extra cheese to thicken it though. i also added 1/2 diced zuchiinni.

      Layla

The recipe serves 4 so the serving size is 1/4th of the recipe which should yield a little more than 1 cup.
