Delicious Easy Baked Mustard Garlic Salmon (Under 15 mins)The secret word today is ‘Mustard’. This recipe is for all my mustard lovers out there. If you love mustard you’ll love this recipe! We love the flavor of salmon and mustard combined and this recipe sure does not disappoint, especially with the addition of garlic.

This wonderful salmon is smothered in spicy brown mustard, garlic, olive oil, lime and lots of parsley, then baked to perfection. Believe it or not, this whole dish comes together in under 20 minutes. It really doesn’t get much easier than this folks.

We had this salmon on a bed of couscous (which takes 15 mins to make!) and topped it with a tangy honey mustard sauce and a diced cucumber and tomato salad. The salmon also goes really great with a side of rice or mashed potatoes.

  1. You might want to specify wild caught salmon. As I’m sure you know, we don’t want to consume farm-raised fish.

  2. This dish was so flavorful and moist. Made it for me and my sister. We both loved it.
    Thanks!
