Moist and chocolaty French Toast covered with Maple and Chocolate syrup
Have you ever had those days when you are hungry but really lazy to make anything other than cereal? Well, You are not alone.. I have those kind of days very often.
My 10 month old woke me up 4 a.m this morning.. Yea by the time it was breakfast time I was out of it. I decided to make this quick french toast recipe because I was tired and looking for something quick and easy to make. After-all, chocolate for breakfast, double yum!
- Cut into 1 inch slices
- beat the egg, salt, and milk.
- Pour the mixture over the bread. Be sure to coat evenly. sprinkle cinnamon evenly over the bread.
- Heat skillet on medium heat. Place bread on skillet, cook 4 minutes on each side.
- Remove from heat, top with chocolate and maple syrup.
