Baked Pita Chips with Jalapeno Cream Cheese Dip

  • 1 Philadelphia Jalapeno cream cheese
  • 4 pita bread rounds
  • 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • bread dip seasoning OR dried Italian seasoning
  • Garlic powder optional


  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Brush your baking sheet with olive oil. Brush the tops of the pita with oil, sprinkle the garlic powder and Italian seasoning or any combo of seasoning you have on hand.

    Cut the each pita into 8 slices. Place pita triangles seasoning-side up in a single layer on the oiled baking sheet. Repeat process for remaining three pita rounds. Bake the pita slices for 8-12 minutes or until they began to turn dark golden in color. Remove from oven and serve with the cream cheese.
