Baked Buffalo Chicken Dip is a sinfully creamy & cheesy appetizer that is everything you love about buffalo wings in a dip form in just 15 Minutes! Shredded chicken, lots of cheese, and a spicy buffalo-ranch sauce come together to make a drool-worthy appetizer that is perfect for Game Day, parties, or potlucks!
For Garnish: crumbled blue cheesesliced chives or green onion
For Serving: celery stickstortilla chips, or toasted bread
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F.
Melt butter over medium-high in a medium oven-safe pan or skillet (preferably cast iron). Add the garlic and saute for 30 seconds or until fragrant. Add the chicken and hot sauce and stir to combine. Turn off the heat and mix in the cream cheese until combined. Stir in the ranch and cheese. Top with more cheese if desired!
Transfer to the oven and bake for 10 minutes or until the cheese has melted and the edges are bubbly. If you do not have an oven-safe skillet, cook in a pan on the stovetop then transfer to an oven-safe dish to bake.
Immediately garnish with blue cheese and chives or green onion. Serve with celery, pita chips, or your favorite chips.

*Can use rotisserie chicken or two (5oz) cans of drained chunk white chicken.
