1medium avocadopitted and peeled
3hard-boiled eggspeeled and chopped
2tablespoonsGreek yogurtsour-cream or light mayonnaise will also work
1teaspoonfresh lemon or lime juice

Salt and fresh pepper to taste
Instructions
In Medium bowl, Add avocados and mash with a spoon until chunky. Add the remaining ingredients and mix with a spoon until creamy.
