8tablespoonsunsalted butter1 stick, room temperature cut into 1 cm squares
1 1/2cupsall purpose flour
Pre-Heat oven to 350 degrees.
In a medium bowl mix the butter, flour, sugars, cinnamon, and salt. Crumb together with a flour until everything is well blended. Cover and leave in the fridge while you prepare the cake mixture.
Cream Cheese Mixture
beat the egg, cream cheese, vanilla, and sugar for about 3-5 minutes until there are not more lumps and the mixture is smooth.
In a medium bowl mix the flour, salt, sugar, baking soda, and baking powder. Set aside.
In a large bowl whisk the butter, and eggs for 2 minutes. Whisk in the buttermilk, add the flour mixture slowly. mix for 2 minutes.
Pour the cake mixture into 9x9 or round pan. pour the cream cheese mixture on the cake mixture, gently spread the cream cheese mixture evenly. Pour the crumb mixture on top of the cream cheese mixture.
