Make the perfect Thanksgiving dinner even more effortless by preparing this One Pan Thanksgiving Dinner. If the one thing you dislike about cooking for Thanksgiving is all the dishes you will use to make the turkey and sides, you will appreciate this recipe more than ever!
Place aluminum foil on one side of a baking tray like boat shaped.
Clean and dry the turkey breast and place it on the prepared aluminum foil.
In a bowl combine butter, lemon juice, garlic, herbs, salt and pepper. Spread the butter mixture all over the turkey breast and inside of the turkey as well.
Bake the turkey for 20 minutes.
After 20 minutes remove the turkey and keep it aside. (Discard the aluminum foil)
For the stuffing
In a large bowl crackle the eggs and beat it along with the chicken broth and lemon juice.
Add in the cubed sourdough bread, celery, onions, herbs, garlic, pepper and salt. Combine all and keep it aside.
For the brussels sprouts
In a separate large bowl add the brussel sprouts, olive oil, garlic, paprika, pepper and salt. Toss them well and keep it aside.
For the sweet potatoes
Coat the sweet potatoes with olive oil and keep it ready.
In a small bowl combine brown sugar, butter and chopped pecans and keep it aside.
For the cranberry sauce
In an oven proof ramekin bowl combine the cranberries, brown sugar, orange zest, freshly squeezed orange juice and ground cinnamon. Keep aside.
For assembling the baking tray
Fill the one side of the tray with the prepared stuffing. Place the turkey on top of the stuffing.
Spread the brussel sprouts one layer on the tray.
Arrange the sweet potatoes side by side on the other side of the baking tray.
Place the ramekin with cranberries in the center of the tray. Close the ramekin with the help of aluminum foil.
Bake for 40 minutes, until the turkey internal temperature reaches between 165-170 degrees.
Use a fork to mash the sweet potatoes and spread the prepared butter stuffing and top with marshmallows. Mix the cranberries with a spoon and remove the foil. Bake for another 5-10 minutes until the marshmallows are slightly browned and melted.
Slice the turkey and transfer to a plate along with the cranberry sauce, potatoes, brussel sprouts and serve.
