Pan Seared Crispy and Moist Salmon Fillets

I’m not a big seafood fan but salmon is one of my personal favorites. This recipe is so easy that my 5 year old can make it! The whole process from preparing to cooking takes less than 10 minutes (seriously. more like 8 minutes).

Pan Seared Crispy and Moist Salmon Fillet (1 of 5)

Your going to start by make small slice on the top of the salmon fillets so that the salmon doesnt clump up while cooking and gets that nice crispy exterior. Then, Season with salt and Pepper.

Now we are going to place it in 1 teaspoon oilve oil skin side down for 4 minutes. Then flip it for 1 minute and remove.
You can serve the salmon with any side. I used mashed potatoes when I made it and place the fillet on top of the potatoes. Enjoy!Pan Seared Crispy and Moist Salmon Fillet (3 of 5)Pan Seared Crispy and Moist Salmon Fillet (5 of 5)
