I’ve lost almost 25 pounds this year by eating healthier. This fruit salad sauce is totally going to make things easier. You see, after I had my 2nd daughter I found myself at 175 pounds. This is coming from a petite 5 foot lady. I felt down and being over-weight actually makes it harder to lose weight. Long story short. Instead of dieting, I decided to incorporating more healthy food in my diet while making it fun. Check out my instagram for more food and recipe inspiration!
No back to the salad and this yummy healthy honey yogurt sauce. To make this salad, slice any type of fruit you have on hand and mix them with fresh orange juice to preserve their color. This is especially true for bananas or apples. The orange juice will keep them from browning. Next make the simple 3 ingredient honey yogurt sauce. I’ve pretty much spilled the beans in the title by the 3 ingredients are honey, vanilla, and yogurt. Combine the 3 ingredients and that’s it your done! Serve the sauce in a small bowl as a dip and surrounded it with fruit or drizzle it on the fruit and serve it as a fruit salad. Enjoy!

Made for a church function..added chopped pineapple and coconut yogurt…DELUCIOUS!!!!
Very delicious! I served it with breakfast burritos and it was the perfect side. I mixed the sauce right in with the fruit and I easily could have added a couple more cups of fruit and still savored the delicious sauce. This will definitely become a well-used favorite.
Subbed plain yogurt with an unsweetened coconut yogurt. And added watermelon and blackberries in place of bananas.
