In a large bowl, mix together egg, melted butter, almond flour, sweetener and salt until a dough forms
Transfer the dough to the prepared pie dish and spread to form a crust with fingers, Once a crust has been formed, poke it several times with a fork.
Bake at 350°F for 10 minutes or until the crust is light golden brown. Set aside and let it cool
For the filling, whisk together all the ingredients except the pecans in a mixing bowl.
Spread the pecans evenly over pie crust and pour the egg mixture onto the pecans, filling the pie crust. Bake at 350°F for approximately 40 minutes.
Optionally cover the edge of the pie crust with foil to avoid browning.
Once the pie springs back when pressed at the center, the pie was done, otherwise bake for 10 more minutes. Let it cool on the counter. Refrigerate for an hour before serving.
