Perfectly tender, crispy Roasted Broccoli is going to be your new favorite side dish! This recipe only takes about 5 minutes hands-on time and couldn't be easier. The broccoli is coated in olive oil and seasonings, then roasted to golden brown perfection. Drizzle with lemon juice or add a sprinkle of parmesan cheese and enjoy with a variety of entrees.

Instructions
Preheat the oven to 425°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or foil.
In a large bowl, toss the broccoli with the oil and seasoning. Transfer the mixture onto a large baking sheet and be sure not to overcrowd it. If needed, divide it into two baking sheets.
Roast for 15 to 20 minutes or until cooked through and browned around the edges. Remove from oven and drizzle with lemon or parmesan cheese, if desired.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to about 3 to 4 days.
Reheat in the microwave for about 30-45 seconds. This method will heat it up but will not re-crisp it.
Reheat in the oven at 375ºF for about 4-5 minutes. If you have the time, the oven is the best reheating option, as the broccoli will crisp up again.
