This whipped feta dip made with greek yogurt, sour cream, lemon juice, olive oil and garlic is going to be your new favorite snack. It’s deliciously light and creamy, and super flavorful! Serve it up with your favorite crackers, pita bread, pita chips or veggies for the perfect appetizer.

Instructions
To a bowl of a food processor or blender, add the block of feta cheese, Greek yogurt, sour cream, lemon juice, olive oil, and garlic.
Blend the ingredients until smooth and creamy. Taste to adjust any of the ingredients to your preference. You may need to add salt if desired.
Spoon the whipped feta dip out onto a serving bowl or plate. Use the back of the spoon to create swoops or swirls on the surface of the dip.
Drizzle generously with the olive oil and top with red pepper flakes, parsley or mint, or your favorite toppings. Serve with crackers, toasted bread, pita chips or pita bread, or your favorite veggies.
Notes
Store in an airtight container for 2-3 days in the fridge. Give it a good stir before serving.
