Air Fryer Potato Wedges are perfectly seasoned with an ultra-crispy exterior and a tender, fluffy interior! They’re a delicious low calorie option at only 175 calories per serving!
½teaspoon EACH onion powder, paprika, salt, black pepper

Instructions
Preheat the air fryer to 400ºF. Wash and dry the potatoes then cut each potato vertically into halves and slice each half into 4-6 wedges.
Transfer to a large mixing bowl, drizzle with oil, and top with the garlic and seasoning. Toss to combine until the potatoes are fully coated in the oil and seasoning mixture.
Transfer the potatoes to the preheated air fryer basket in a single layer and cook for 20 minutes, shaking halfway through, until golden and crispy. (You will most likely need to do this in batches are you should not overcrowd the air fryer basket.)
Once done, garnish the potato wedges with freshly grated parmesan and chopped parsley if desired. Enjoy immediately with your favorite dipping sauce!
