Perfectly creamy hummus that is made with simple ingredients in less than 10 minutes for a delicious, naturally vegan snack you’ll make again and again. Use this flavorful dip as an appetizer with freshly cut veggies and pita chips or as a spread for sandwiches and more.

Instructions
To a blender, add the cooked chickpeas, chickpea broth, lemon juice, tahini paste, olive oil, garlic, ice cubes, salt & cumin. Blend on high speed until creamy, about 2-3 minutes. If the mixture is too thick, add more chickpea broth or water until desired consistency is reached.
To serve, plate desired amount onto the middle of a shallow plate and use the back of a spoon to spread out the hummus and create a swirl in the center.
Drizzle with a generous amount of olive oil and garnish with aleppo red pepper, paprika, red pepper flakes, and/or finely chopped parsley. Serve immediately with warm pita bread.
