These sweet and savory
mascarpone stuffed dates

Mascarpone cheese

chopped nuts of choice
I use pistachio and/or walnuts

Instructions
Slice each date along one side and remove the pit. Fill each date with about 1 teaspoon mascarpone cheese.
Top with a sprinkle of chopped nuts and 2-3 pomergante seeds.
Drizzle with honey and enjoy!
