Air Fryer Instructions:
Preheat the air fryer to 400 degrees Fahrenheit and set the timer to 15 minutes.
While the air fryer heats up, cut each potato in half or forth.
To a large bowl, add the olive oil, melted butter, Parmesan cheese, and seasoning. Whisk to combine. Add the potatoes to the bowl and toss to combine until all the potatoes are fully coated in the mixture.
Add the potatoes to the air fryer and cook for 15 minutes, shaking halfway through, or until the potatoes are golden and crispy on the outside, and soft on the inside.
Remove from the air fryer and top with more parmesan cheese if desired. Serve immediately!
Oven Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 450 degrees Fahrenheit. Line a baking sheet with foil or parchment paper and set aside.
While the oven heats up, cut each potato in half or forth.
