It’s so simple and easy to prepare and will impress just about anyone. My husband came in right after I finished photographing this dish. He grabbed a fork and finished the whole thing in just a few minutes. He assumed it took me a while to prep the dish but when I told him how easy it was and that it was all done in one pan he said “omg why don’t you make this more often!” ????

10 Minute One Pan Lemon Garlic Salmon and Asparagus10 Minute One Pan Lemon Garlic Salmon and Asparagus I cooked the salmon and asparagus in one pan because they cook at the same rate and I wanted all the flavors of the garlic-lemon and butter to mix throughout the entire dish. If you do not have a pan be enough to fit the salmon and asparagus, I would just cook the salmon first then remove it and quickly cook the asparagus in the same pan. You can also cook these in separate pans by using 1 teaspoon butter and 1 teaspoon olive oil in each pan. 10 Minute One Pan Lemon Garlic Salmon and AsparagusTo begin place a tablespoon of butter and a tablespoon of olive oil in a large pan. 10 Minute One Pan Lemon Garlic Salmon and AsparagusWait until the pan is hot and the butter has fully melted. I am assuming you removed the skin before cooking? I was going to grill some salmon, but it’s been raining off and on all day. I was looking for plan B and found this! Can’t wait to try it! I’m giving the recipe 4 stars because I don’t see how this will be anything but good! But once I cook it, I will come back and rate.

Quick. Convenient. And most importantly, DELISH! When I saw the photo, I was drawn in but when I read the title, I was intrigued by the one pan and fell in love with the 10 minutes. This recipe was simple to make but the flavor is huge. I loved it so much that I didn’t share with my hubby. Guess that means I have to make more. Not a problem with only 10 minutes. Yum!
