10 Minute One Pan Lemon Garlic Salmon and Asparagus
10 Minute One Pan Lemon Garlic Salmon and Asparagus I cooked the salmon and asparagus in one pan because they cook at the same rate and I wanted all the flavors of the garlic-lemon and butter to mix throughout the entire dish. If you do not have a pan be enough to fit the salmon and asparagus, I would just cook the salmon first then remove it and quickly cook the asparagus in the same pan. You can also cook these in separate pans by using 1 teaspoon butter and 1 teaspoon olive oil in each pan. 10 Minute One Pan Lemon Garlic Salmon and AsparagusTo begin place a tablespoon of butter and a tablespoon of olive oil in a large pan. 10 Minute One Pan Lemon Garlic Salmon and AsparagusWait until the pan is hot and the butter has fully melted. Only thing I can say is maybe remove the asparagus before you squeeze the lemon over the salmon. Just depends on what you like ๐Ÿ™‚ but this recipe was so easy and fast!! Will keep this one

  10. Why say “No prep needed” if the recipe involves chopping up garlic cloves? I don’t care that much if I have to break out the cutting board and knife for five minutes, but at least be honest about it.

    1. I used minced garlic in a jar. There really isnโ€™t much prepping involved.

    2. Andreas………I’ll bet you even had to open the packages of salmon and asparagus, and maybe get your pan out of a cabinet. Oh, the trouble we have to go through just to cook a meal.

    1. Just done it. Surprised that my wife said there’s no dinner today on Sunday so I took things in my own hands and found this treasure. Everyone loved it and it took no time although my wife had to help me a bit as I am no cook. If you load more on the pan you will have to increase time abbot as well. Also when I bought a 1kg of salmon it turned out there was no room on the fry pan – had to off load it onto another one. Super dish and I am a tea maker level cook so it tells you how easy and quick.

  12. What temperature should stove top bUrner be at? It seems that too high and garlic and butter will burn, which is not a good tast. DOES the material oF the pan matter? Cast iron, copper, stainless steel, etc…?

    Thanks!

  13. Fantastic flavor, and so easy!

I don’t know if my salmon was a weird thickness or what (I cut a one-pound fillet into three pieces, just as described) but I found it took more like 10 minutes on each side to cook. ANd by the time the center of each piece was cooked, the outside was crumbling to pieces. I don’t mind this, it tastes just as good! But heads up if you want a pretty plate.

  14. Wow. This recipe is so simple and delicious!!! I am so happy I found it. Pinned it shared it on FB and now rating on here. Thank you so much for this recipe โค๏ธ

  15. I am assuming you removed the skin before cooking? I was going to grill some salmon, but it’s been raining off and on all day. I was looking for plan B and found this! Can’t wait to try it! I’m giving the recipe 4 stars because I don’t see how this will be anything but good! But once I cook it, I will come back and rate.

    1. I was just wondering why you would rate a recipe which you have not made yet.

  16. Quick. Convenient. And most importantly, DELISH! When I saw the photo, I was drawn in but when I read the title, I was intrigued by the one pan and fell in love with the 10 minutes. This recipe was simple to make but the flavor is huge. I loved it so much that I didn’t share with my hubby. Guess that means I have to make more. Not a problem with only 10 minutes. Yum!
