Creamy, sweet, and delicious. All natural, no sugar or artificial sweeteners. This honey yogurt sauce is perfect on fruit and desserts, as a dip, or a topping! Plus, it’s made with only 3 ingredients and takes less than 2 minutes to make. Spring is officially here and fruit season is just around the corner. I try to eat as much fruit as possible and have as much fun as I can with fruit. This healthy 3 ingredient honey yogurt sauce. It will turn any fruit salad into a yummy dessert without all the added calories and sugar!
The first 2 ingredients are already listed in the title so I’ve pretty much spilled the beans thee and the 3rd finale ingredients is just good old vanilla extract! I also like to add a pinch of cinnamon but that’s completely optional.
One of my favorite parts about food blogging is taking one of these shots with while pouring sauces or syrups but it can be so challenging to do so. I used this cream to top a yummy fruit salad. I will have the recipe up soon!
