Spicy buffalo chicken wraps with ranch dressing are bursting with flavor and made in just 5 minutes!
5 Minute Buffalo Chicken WrapsWhen I think buffalo chicken the first thing that comes to mind is buffalo wings but today we’re making something so much better. These buffalo chicken wraps have all the tasty flavors of buffalo wings without all the added fat and calories.

They’re made in under 5 minutes thanks to my best friend rotisserie chicken. If you don’t have rotisserie chicken you can also use any pre-cooked chicken or make my stove-top grilled chicken or quick shredded chicken recipe.
5 Minute Buffalo Chicken WrapsTo make the wraps, simply combine shredded cooked chicken with buffalo sauce. You can use buffalo sauce from a jar or combine hot sauce with melted butter.

Next, all the mixture to a soft flour tortilla and top with shredded lettuce and ranch or blue cheese dressing. You can also add thinly sliced tomatoes and onion if you’d like.

The result is a delicious wrap that’s bursting with flavor. The spiciness of the buffalo sauce and cool creaminess of the ranch is a combo to die for! 5 Minute Buffalo Chicken Wraps

    Blue Cheese only. LOL

    1. I made this recipe and I have to say 5 stars for what little prep I did, and I did not use ranch dressing however I did use blue cheese dressing and also added blue cheese crumbles I also added bacon to give it a little crunch! It was delicious! I will certainly be making this again. Thanks for the recipe❣️

  2. Can these be made the night before without getting soggy?

  3. This is absolutely delicious!! second time making and it’s just as much a hit this time! On the next time around I will be adding black beans and cheese to the wraps. So quick and easy to make!

  4. Wow looking so delicious amazing recepie

  5. For those who are trying to cut calories and carbs. You can use the xtreame low calorie wrap tortillas they are only 50 calories. Also instead of ranch I use the little blue bell spreadable cheese that are only 30 calories and add alot of creamy flavor 😋! Great recipe and easy to make anytime!

    1. Instead of the wraps and your calorie counting use lettuce instead of, wraps you stay closer to not getting any extra calories, + use blue cheese instead of dressing, onions 🧅
And turkey bacon 🥓 for that extra crunch. Awesome 😎 recipe. Thanks

  6. These were super easy to make and OMG, they are so good! I did add some ranch and blue cheese dressing to the chicken along with the Buffalo sauce and we had shredded lettuce, shredded cheese, onions and avocado to put on them. Will be making this again for sure.

  7. This looks delicious. .Is the nutrition (carb) value based on regular wraps or low carb wraps? My wraps are 4 carbs each, so 16 carbs looks high for this. Unless I am missing something. Thanks for the recipe, .trying it tonight

    1. The nutritional info includes regular flour tortillas.

  8. Can this be eaten cold as well? And sent in lunches?

  9. I am about to move to a new location and these recipe’s really look like they are tasty. I can’t wait to try some of them out in my new apartment.

  10. Is this can chicken or cut up chicken u have to cook ?

    1. You can use any type of cooked or canned chicken you have on hand 🙂

  11. Delicious! I made these in small tortillas, then a quick fry on the stove to close the opening for a warm wrap. Also I froze several and then reheated them up throughout the week and they were just as good!

  12. It was very delicious, I just put cheese on mine and put it in the oven at 350 for a few minutes. AMAZING!!!

  13. Will be making this for leftover from the buffalo shredded chicken hoagie. Could traditional Mexican rice be added to it would it conflict with flavor

    1. Made this for my dad.. it was great.. Can this be frozen for meal prepping?

  14. Can i meal prep this by making 5 on sunday to eat for lunches during the week? Or will they go bag and the Wrap get soggy?

    1. The tortilla might get soggy for 5 days. I would prep the night before for the next day only.

      1. Prep a big batch of the filling ahead of time and just fill your wrap the night before or morning of. I don’t like lettuce so I leave it out and I actually prefer to eat mine hot.

  15. Sadly it doesnt say what to do with the butter?!?
    Ours didnt turn out good.
    WOULDN’T eat it again :/

    1. @Lisa, you combine the butter with the hot sauce if you don’t have buffalo sauce.

  16. this look delicious, definetly gonna made it with my mom when i am home tonoght, thanks

    1. How can you rate it 4 stars (or 1, 2, 3, or 5 for that matter) if you have never even tried it??

  17. So easy to make and so delicious 🙂 We loved these wraps! I added jalapeno slices to mine but I like mine spicier then the rest of the family. We also had a avocado so we put some in as our filling as well. Definitely would make these again!

  18. This was delicious and I used the rotisserie chicken. Husband and I will eat it again

  19. Do we have any idea what the calories are for this recipe?
