Thanks, Tina! I honestly forgot where I purchased it from but most likely from Marshalls!
Loved them… I’ve been a vegetarian over a year now so I’m always looking for different recipes that I’ll enjoy… This one is a keeper
These are wonderful! First I made them just as the recipe says, and they were great! Second time I added chicken. So yummy either way! This is a keeper!
My first vegetarian meal. Loved it! Thank you.
Yum, I’m glad you enjoyed it!!
I made these tonight and they were delicious! Everyone loved them!! 🙂 Thank you!
Made this for dinner and it was absolutely delicious!!!
Sounds great but is there a way to cut the sodium?
You can season with very little salt or cut it out altogether and use lots of lime for flavoring.
we are on low sodium diets. Buy No-salt added beans, make own taco seasoning (recipe on pinterest), go light on the cheese and use corn tortillas. You can’t fold corn tortillas, so just make them flat. still very delicious.
I made this for dinner tonight and my husband and I both loved it. I followed the recipe exactly, and it was perfect. I will be making this again for sure!
I’m going out of 2017 with a changed mind of meal prepping. Healthy eating for me and my family, so I’m starting with this great recipe of veggie quesadillas!! Thanks for sharing!!
Those look amazing! Always wanted to try to make veggie quesadillas with more flavor!
I changed the recipe a little but regardless of that it turned out amazing. I made fajita style veggies. Added beans and store bought taco seasoning in some of the veggies. Then made quick salsa. Added some of that salsa in avocado to make guacamole
This was delicious!
These quesadillas were delicious! I loved the guacamole, beans, and peppers. Will definitely make again!
This was really good. It was actually quite filling. Will definitely make again.
I made this tonight with everything minus the cheese and it was PHENOMENAL and so easy!!! Thank you!! Everyone DEVOURED IT!!
Happy everyone loved the quesadillas! 😀
Omg I tried this and I loved it. The only thing I added was some chicken breast stripes and made a side of salsa because I love spicy food but I recommend this ! ????
That sounds delicious!
This is really amazing, I not Fine Cook but your recipe seem easy and I know I can do it. Thank you, admin 🙂
The Avocado Black Bean Quesadilla was delicious!!! I made enough for one. I also used vegan cheese, because it’s all I had in the fridge. I didn’t have a lime, so I used a lemon, instead! I will definitely be making it again!
Made these with vegan cheese and they were delicious!!!!
What is the saturated fat in this meal?!
YUMMY! I didn’t change much. Left out cilantro because my vegetarian daughter doesn’t like it. Added garlic while cooking veggies and added a Chile and tomato I needed to get rid of. Point being, this is an excellent base that you can play around with.
Filling but light and refreshing.
Thanks for sharing!
AMAZING!
I added garlic to avocado, as I love everything garlic.
These will be a staple in our kitchen now!!
Thank you!
