Quick 30-minute chicken and veggies flavored with Cajun seasoning, garlic, and olive oil. These flavorful flavor packs are super healthy and make a delicious low-carb dinner.
Foil Pack Cajun Chicken and VeggiesI’m always in the search for quick and simple dinners that are 30 minutes or less. Foil pack dinners are always a great option when you just want a healthy and quick dinner without the bells and whistles. It’s as easy as combining all the ingredients, folding them in foil and baking. Of course, you can always grill them too if it’s summertime or you have access to a grill.
Foil Pack Cajun Chicken and VeggiesThe result is FLAVORFUL and tender chicken and veggies thanks to the vibrant cajun seasoning. The olive oil and garlic make this flavor-packed dish even better. If you’re trying to lose weight or on a low-carb diet, I suggest you eat the chicken and veggies straight out of the foil with a fork. If you want to make this a complete dinner, I suggest serving with cooked brown rice or quinoa or a side of mashed potatoes.  Foil Pack Cajun Chicken and Veggies

  1. I would make pepperoni pizza crescents roll-ups.

  2. I’m thinking some sandwiches…but that’s just the beginning and I am overwhelmed thinking about what I would cook in here….everything…veggies, meat, potatoes, etc, etc, etc,

  3. I’d love to use this to make hot sandwiches. It’s so nice to heat the cheese and meat up on a big sub sandwich.

  4. All kinds of casseroles since they’d fit!

  5. Everything! I do ALL of my baking in a toaster oven. I have an antique 1947 stove that I love too much to get rid of (even though the oven does not work)

  6. Flatbread pizza with shredded brussel sprouts and honey/chili drizzle

  7. I’m totally making those croissants. I could make 8,000 of them and eat them all.

  8. First thing I would make is that delicious looking foil pack Cajun chicken and veggies! YUM!

  9. I am very ready to start learning to make pizza dough and I would love to bake pizza in this most amazing oven. I have a countertop oven at home, not anywhere near as nice as this one, and I use it exclusively. I live alone and using a big oven isn’t necessary. Thanks for the chance to own something I can’t afford to buy! This recipe is going on my dinner for this week list for sure! YUMMY

  10. I’d definitely like to try the Cajun Chicken and veggies !

  11. I would roast a whole Chicken and with Baked Potato’s.

  12. I’m going to follow the Foil Pack Cajun Chicken and Veggies directions
    -UMMmmm, that’s looks good.

  13. I would make mini lasagnas since we are empty nesters

  14. Something spicy and flavorful like a foil packet fajita but rice instead of tortilla

  15. I’d make some baked potatoes. I know that’s pretty basic, but I have a hard time making them for dinner, because the oven is usually cooking something else at a different temperature.

  16. Will cook ginger chicken with twice baked potatoes.

  17. roasted brussel sprouts and potatoes with bacon

  18. Do cupcakes count?! 😉 But that’s what I love making, 6 at a time so I don’t pig out.
