If your looking for a simple and easy way to spice up your sandwiches or dipping sauces, you’ve come to the right place! My favorite subway sandwich sauce is the southwestern chipotle sauce. I tried it once on a tuna sandwich and that’s it… I became hooked! Since then I’ve never ever ordered a subway sandwich without it.
I love subways and all but I do most of my cooking at home. But that sauce! If I can get my hands on it at home I would be dreaming.
So a few months ago I began experimenting and experimenting for weeks until I came up without my very own chipotle sauce. Now it’s not exactly like the subways chipotle sauce, it’s better!
I added my own little twist on it, added some fresh cilantro, spiced it up a little more, and BAM! It’s a kick of southwestern goodness in a jar!
You can use this sauce on all different types of sandwiches, on salads, as a dip, or mix it with shredded chicken and make chipotle chicken sandwiches or wraps like I did with my award winning chipotle chicken grilled cheese sandwich.

What kind of chile is? Can you send a picture?
It’s the chipotle chili that come in a small can. You should be able to find them in the spanish section in you’re supermarket.
Made this recipe 3 weeks ago and everyone loved it! I made it again to dress a chicken fajita salad and it was a huge hit again. This time I added a 1 inch wedge of vidalia onion, 1 tiny clove garlic, juice from 1/2 a lime and a pinch of the zest. I love this recipe because it is flexible. Thank you for sharing!
I have one quick question about the chipolte dipping sauce.
What do you mean about the
1 chili in Adobe sauce plus , 1teaspoon sauce canned
Obviously – take 1 chipotle pepper from a can of chipotles in adobo sauce, alongside a teaspoon of the latter.
You say you are a huge subway fan, I love their oil and vinegar, do you know of any way I can replicate a cold cut combo with oil vinegar and mayonnaise?
