If your looking for a simple and easy way to spice up your sandwiches or dipping sauces, you’ve come to the right place! My favorite subway sandwich sauce is the southwestern chipotle sauce. I tried it once on a tuna sandwich and that’s it… I became hooked! Since then I’ve never ever ordered a subway sandwich without it.
I love subways and all but I do most of my cooking at home. But that sauce! If I can get my hands on it at home I would be dreaming.
So a few months ago I began experimenting and experimenting for weeks until I came up without my very own chipotle sauce. Now it’s not exactly like the subways chipotle sauce, it’s better!
I added my own little twist on it, added some fresh cilantro, spiced it up a little more, and BAM! It’s a kick of southwestern goodness in a jar!
You can use this sauce on all different types of sandwiches, on salads, as a dip, or mix it with shredded chicken and make chipotle chicken sandwiches or wraps like I did with my award winning chipotle chicken grilled cheese sandwich.

This a amazing!! I did put 1 more pepper and a 1/2 teaspoon more Adobo Sauce in my recipe but that was just more or less because we like things spicy. The Adobo Sauce also gives it more of a smoky flavor. This is a must have recipe!!
I loved this sauce! I thought the mayo would make this a little heavy, but it was perfect. I usually don’t like spice hot foods (sensitive system), but this was not too much or too little in heat and spice. This is a very VERSATILE sauce I can think of a MULTITUDE of dishes I can use this in.
