Mojo Recipe (Spicy Latin Sauce)
Guys, how good does this sauce look and how awesome is the name! Mojo is a spanish sauce that’s used on almost everything in Latin countries. Think of it like hot sauce, but fresher and much zestier. It’s made with garlic, serrano pepper (or jalapeno, chillies), cilantro, lime juice, and olive oil.

You Mix all the ingredients in the blender and your done. It can be used as a dipping sauce, a marinade, on rice, and in sandwiches or burritos. It’s packed with flavor and really takes your dish to the next level.

  1. Delicious! I made this to pair with picadillo and tostones! Great recipe!

  2. Can It sOmehow be stored for later use? Frozen or something?

  3. Is this really spicy, if so, is there a way to reduce the spiciness, or does that just take away from the whole wrap? Thanks!

    1. It’s not too spicy but if you want, you can de-seed and wash the inside of the chili first.

    2. If you add more lime juice the acid will tame the spice from the Serrano or jalapeño. Jalapeños are typically not as spicy as Serranos. Hope this helps.
