If you’ve ever been to Chipotle, then you know how expensive a tiny portion is. What I like to do is buy avocados when they go on sale and make my own guacamole at home.
Today we’re making my favorite chunky guacamole. This is seriously my go-to guacamole recipe for tacos, burrito bowls, salads, or just serving it on the side with chips. This chunky guacamole is loaded with fresh tomatoes, onion, and cilantro. It’s seasoned with salt, pepper and lots of lime juice to brighten up the guacamole and preserve the avocados taste and color.

the BEST chunky guacamole
