Sizzling Shrimp Fajitas are served up tasty and hot with all of your favorite toppings. This meal is ready in about 15 minutes and uses just one pan and minimal ingredients, yet tastes incredible. Perfect for busy weeknights, this dinner is always a crowd-pleaser!
1teaspoonEACH: chili powder, cumin, onion powder, garlic powder
½teaspoonEACH: paprika, dried oregano, salt

Tortillas or lettuce

Instructions
Whisk the fajita seasoning in a small bowl.
To a large bowl, add the shrimp, lime juice, oil, and about ¾ of the fajita seasoning; toss or stir to combine.
Heat a large pan over medium-high heat. Add the shrimp to the pan and cook for 1 minute on each side or until cooked through. Remove from the pan and set aside. To the same pan, add a light drizzle of oil and the bell peppers and onions and cook for about 2-3 minutes, just until they begin to soften. Sprinkle with the remaining fajita seasoning. Push the peppers to one side and return the shrimp to the pan.
Serve with your fresh tortilla, guacamole or avocado, sour cream or salsa, grated cheese, and freshly sliced lime.
Notes
Storing leftovers: Shrimp is best the day it is made, but can be stored along with the peppers and onions in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. The fresh toppings should be stored separately.
Reheating leftovers: Rewarm the shrimp and vegetables for about 20 to 45 seconds in the microwave, or in a hot skillet on the stovetop for a couple of minutes.
