2teaspoons EACHground cumin, ground coriander, smoked paprika, kosher salt (or to taste)
½teaspoon EACH7 spice (or allspice), ground cinnamon, turmeric, black pepper
Instructions
Whisk the Greek yogurt, oil, lemon, garlic, and spices in a large bowl. Add the chicken pieces and toss to combine. Place in the fridge to marinate for 30 minutes or overnight.
Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil for easy cleanup. Thread the chicken onto metal skewers.
Heat the grill to medium-high heat. Oil grill grates to prevent sticking. Cook chicken for 10 minutes, flipping, in between or until charred on the outside and cooked through on the inside.
