To make 15 Minute Garlic Butter Chicken You Will Need:
- Chicken breasts: cut in half horizontally to make two thin chicken breasts so they cook evenly and quickly
- Garlic: This recipe is all about the garlic so you really want to use fresh garlic if you can.
- Butter: Butter is the sauce of the recipe and adds so much flavor to the chicken so I highly recommend it. If you are not eating butter, it can also be subbed with light olive oil.
- Cilantro: Lots of fresh cilantro (stems and leaves). If you’re not a fan of cilantro, replace it with parsley, dill or your favorite fresh herbs.
