15 Minute Garlic Butter Chicken (Keto)

To make 15 Minute Garlic Butter Chicken You Will Need:

  • Chicken breasts: cut in half horizontally to make two thin chicken breasts so they cook evenly and quickly
  • Garlic: This recipe is all about the garlic so you really want to use fresh garlic if you can.
  • Butter: Butter is the sauce of the recipe and adds so much flavor to the chicken so I highly recommend it. If you are not eating butter, it can also be subbed with light olive oil.
  • Cilantro: Lots of fresh cilantro (stems and leaves). If you’re not a fan of cilantro, replace it with parsley, dill or your favorite fresh herbs. 15 Minute Garlic Butter Chicken (Keto)

  9. This was the BEST and easiest Keto chicken dinner I have ever tasted !!!! I just recently started my Keto diet and was uncertain of how to prepare my boneless, skinless chicken breasts, due to the fact that I previosly always breaded them with some type of flour/onion rings, etc. This chicken recipe tastes even BETTER than any of my previous recipes, and it’s “Keto friendly” !!! What more could I ask for? EXTREMELY easy and tasty !!!! I will add this to the FRONT of my recipe book !!! Thanks for a beautiful addition to my new way of ilife !!!

  10. Why could I not find all of the instroctions

    1. I’m not sure why you had trouble finding the recipe, Irene. Did you wait at least 30 seconds for the page to load?

  11. Everyone liked it. I used fresh dill and parsley and dried cilantro and basil.

  12. The best chicken dish I have made yet. It was delicious. My granddaughter said she wasn’t hungry for supper so I told her I made her favorite, buttered noodles. When she tried the chicken she loved it. My husband even loved it. I thought I might have a couple of pieces for leftovers. I had one piece left and my husband claimed it for his lunch the next day. I will be making this again!!!
