What you Will Need to Make This Epic Burger Sauce
Mayonnaise: The mayo is the base of the sauce and what adds the creamy flavor and smooth texture
Ketchup: The ketchup adds a delicious tangy flavor that surprisingly works perfectly!
Sweet relish: You can use jarred sweet relish and if you don’t have any on hand, you can simply mince a dill pickle and add a little juice too for extra flavor.
Dijon mustard: You can’t have a good sauce without the in-depth flavor of a little dijon mustard. It adds the classic burger flavor and really elevates the sauce.
Spices: To make this burger sauce extra special, you’re going to need a sprinkle of garlic powder, onion powder, chili powder, and a dash of salt & pepper. The spices go a long way and really help this sauce come together.

- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons ketchup
- 2 tablespoons sweet relish, or minced pickles with a little juice
- 1 tablespoon dijon mustard, or french/thousand Island Dressing
- ½ teaspoon EACH garlic powder, onion powder, chili powder
- Salt & black pepper, to taste

- Combine all the ingredients in a small bowl. Taste and adjust salt & pepper to taste. Place in the refrigerator or serve immediately.
- This recipe makes enough sauce for 4-6 hamburgers. You will need about 1-2 tablespoons of sauce per hamburger.
