Creamy Strawberry Apple Smoothie loaded with milk, yogurt, honey, and fresh & frozen fruit. This refreshing smoothie is a great twist on the classic strawberry smoothie and will be sure to become a family favorite!

If you’re anything like me then you probably enjoy smoothies all year round. We can’t go a day without making a smoothie or two. They are healthy, quick, delicious, and nutritious. They are packed with tons of vitamins, calcium, and fiber.  My kids love them as an alternative to ice-cream and I couldn’t be happier with the fact that they would take a smoothie over ice-cream!

I’ve tried a ton of different combos for smoothies. If you can name it then I think I might have tried it now or then. One of my favorite simple combos is apple and strawberry.

To Begin You Will Need:

To make the smoothie you will need a few basic ingredients that can be easily interchanged with any of your favorite fruits. The yogurt and milk can be replaced with more milk, Greek yogurt, coconut milk, or almond milk.

  • Frozen Strawberries
  • An Apple
  • Milk
  • Yogurt
  • Honey

How to Make this Delicious Smoothie

This smoothie is sugar-free and quick and easy to make (as always). Just toss the ingredients in a blender and you’re done!

To begin simply add all the fruits to the blender. Add in the milk, yogurt, and honey, and plus for about a minute or two or until smooth and creamy.

  1. I will try it this way soon. I tried Apples Strawberries , little bit of apple cider and coconut water. It’s different than using milk and yogurt. I think kids will enjoy with yogurt and milk more. This way was for me to be healthy. But I am always looking for new smoothies to try.

  2. Yum! Flavor is definitely strawberry more than apple. Very good.

  3. I didn’t like the honey in it next time I’ll leave out. I used vanilla yogurt and almond milk unsweetened. It was tasty. Thank you.

  4. For lunch today I made this smoothie recipe (times 4 for my family of six). I left out the honey and it was super delicious! It’s now one of our favorite smoothies. Thank you for sharing!

  5. I have not tried the recipe with applesauce so I can not suggest without further recipe testing!

  6. My son actually liked this better then all other smoothies I have made. I used almond milk unsweetened and 1 packet of protein, added I orange.

  7. was very good, leave out the sugar / honey though as strawberries already have enough sugar

  8. Looks good but I think it’s funny when it says it’s sugar free when there is definitely sugar in those ingredients.

  9. This looks amazing! I’ve never had apples or strawberries together 🙂
