Chicken coated with bbq ranch sauce can be baked or grilled. This simple recipes makes the most flavorful and juicy bbq ranch chicken you will ever have. Serve on salads, in tacos or burritos or with a side of veggies.I’ve pretty much spilled the beans in the title, but this recipe is as simple as it get. It only requires 3 basic ingredients that you probably already have in your fridge now. This easy bbq ranch chicken can be baked or grilled and can be prepped ahead of time or overnight.
To get started you will need chicken breasts and two of my favorite sauces in the world.
BBQ sauce: use your favorite store-bought bbq sauce or use homemade sauce if that’s your thing. BBQ sauce is simply the best flavor on chicken.
Ranch dressing: Another favorite of mine. The ranch adds a creamy flavor to the chicken and helps make it tender.
Simply combine the bbq sauce with the ranch dressing and brush the mixture on the chicken. At this point you can place the chicken in the oven right away or marinate it in the fridge for 1 hour or up to 24 hours. The longer the better!
The result is chicken that’s moist and juicy and tender to perfection.
- 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup Ranch dressing
- 1/2 cup BBQ sauce
- Place chicken, bbq sauce, and ranch dressing in a large ziplock bag. Seal bag shut and shake until the chicken is fully coated with the sauce. At this point, you can cook the chicken right away or marinate for 1 to 24 hours in the fridge.
- Pre-heat oven to 375F. Line a baking dish with foil. Place chicken on prepared sheet pan and bake or grill for 30 minutes or until tender.
