Who’s up for a cool treat?
As a kid I LOVED Oreos, Yes, in CAPS. Who doesn’t love them?! Till this day I find myself loading up on my daughter’s mini Oreo snack packs. I don’t know if it’s the unique chocolate flavor or the sweet white filling, but they are so good.
I’m so excited to share this recipe with you today! It’s hardly a recipe but I’m going to share it anyway because I’ve had a few people asking for it after seeing these little bites on my feed a few weeks ago.
This recipe is super easy to make and the kids LOVE it. Don’t be surprised when they start asking you “how’d you get the Oreos in there?”. Your going to need a box of brownie mix ( I used Ghirardelli) and half a pack of Oreos (about 24). Mix the brownie batter as directed on the box, then pour half of it into a greased 9” x 13” pan. Layer the oreos and pour the rest of the batter on top. Bake as directed. It’s that easy! Have a great weekend! 🙂
- 1 box favorite chocolate brownie mix + ingredients called for on back of box
- 24 Oreo cookies
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Follow the directions on back of brownie box. Pour half the brownie batter into a 13x9 inch pan. Layer Oreos evenly on top; add the rest of the batter. Bake for 20-25 minutes. Cut into small 1.5 inch squares. enjoy!
