These Shrimp and broccoli are cooked in a foil packet with minimal prep and cleanup. This method for cooking shrimp yields juicy shrimp that is perfectly seasoned and tender every time!

How to Make Shrimp & Broccoli Foil Packets

Making foil packs is at easy as it sounds. Begin by combing the shrimp, garlic, oil, and spices in a large bowl and simply divide onto the foil sheet. Top each sheet with a cup of broccoli florets and fold the sheets tightly.

If baking, transfer the foil sheets onto a sheet pan and bake and if grilling, simply place the foil packets on the grill for 15 minutes or until the shrimp is cooked through and the broccoli is soft and tender.

Can I use Frozen Shrimp?

You can use fresh or frozen shrimp to make these delicious foil packs. “Fresh” shrimp sold in stores are usually pre-frozen and thawed so it really does not make a difference. Just be sure to buy the shrimp already deveined with shells off to minimize prep time.
