Super Moist & Fudgy Brownies with Chocolate Ganache

If there’s one thing I love in this world more than brownies it’s super gooey brownies. I make a batch of brownies every week because my daughter and husband LOVE them. We hate dry brownies… We prefer them moist and gooey.

I make my brownies gooey but every time I make them my husband says he wants them even gooier! so one day I told him okay I’ll make you a batch of super moist and fudgy brownies and I’m sure your going to love them! Super Moist & Fudgy Brownies with Chocolate Ganache If your on a diet I suggest you step away right now because you can’t just have one brownie your going to want to eat at least two or three squares, maybe even four.

Ladies and gentlemen behold.. Super moist & fudgy brownies and yes yes chocolate ganache to top it off! These brownies are seriously the MOST gooiest brownies I’ve ever had in my life. They literally melt in your mouth.

Super Moist & Fudgy Brownies with Chocolate Ganache There’s chocolate on the inside and outside and I also used chocolate chips in the batter as well but that’s optional. Brownies are one of those things that you shouldn’t skimp out on and buy cheap chocolate. I suggest using Ghirardelli chocolate chips ( that’s what I used) because they are super rich and decadent.

These brownies will remain super moist and fudgy even after cooling off and will stay that way for up to 5 days. Super Moist & Fudgy Brownies with Chocolate Ganache

  1. Haven’t made these but I just want to say those are the BEST photographs of something chocolate I’ve ever seen! 🙂

  2. Thank you Layla for this wonderful recipe. I made it yesterday but 20 mts seems to be little too much gooey for me. 25 -30mts seems to be better. Also brown sugar is felt in the mouth like crystals. So I plan to melt the brown sugar before adding next time. My kids just love this one. ❤️

  3. Can i use icing sugar instead of granulated sugar? Will it affect the brownies?

  4. What ingredient should I use to replace eggs? Will this Brownie be so moist without eggs too?

  5. I just made these brownies and boy are they chocolatey! They didn’t look like your picture though. I think it’s because I used a glass pan. The brownies cooked faster on the edges and remained gooey on the inside.

    1. These are the
Most decadent poet gooey chocolaty brownies o ever tasted! Thank you for the recipe!

  6. well i was really excited about this recipe at first even though it required hard work and let me tell you it did take a pretty long time to make them! first, it needed much more time to bake than 20 min and even then it was way to raw! then when we tried them, me and my cuz who made it with me and we automatically realized s/t was wrong! after some thought we realized THERE’S NO BAKING POWDER OR BAKING SODA! what kind of recipe is this it tasted awful weird and not a regular brownie! also just to let e/o know they do NOT come out looking like the ones i the pics! mainly b/c the whole texture is off also b/c there s no baking soda or baking powder! what kind of recipe is this come on??! i expected much more than this especially with the hard labor involved! note to e/o don’t spend so much time on this u’ll be disappointing if u do!!!!!!!!!!!!! 🙁 🙁 🙁

    1. You my fellow baker are an absolute jerk. This recipe works fine, I’ve made it several times and never had any issue. I’d say in your case it’s user error and you need to check your ego at the kitchen door. The author has a beautiful site and if you can’t be reasonable or decent you are the one who ought to stay off. Jealous, petty, whiny human.

On topic, best brownies ever. Absolutely love making them with dark chocolate and semi sweet chips for a change up. Keep up the fabulous work hun! <3

  11. I made this today, left it in for 20 minutes but it was very wobbly so left it in another 5 minutes. It was still quite wobbly in the centre but after leaving it out of the oven 5-10 minutes it got firm. Left it to cool completely then I cut it into 9 equal parts before pouring the ganache over and was very very nice. Thanks very much for posting.

  12. oooh ooh idea!!!! put the batter into a muffin tin, and pour half the ganache in the middle ish and bake them like that. once they’re cooled, flip them over and pour the rest of the ganache over them and they’ll be like mini molten lava cakes!!!!!!!!!

    1. Yum! That sounds like a great idea, Rachel! I will try it next time 🙂

  13. Is it sweet enough even w/o the ganache on top or do we really have to add it to have the right amount of sweetness to the brownies? Thanks!

    1. They are sweet even without the ganache! Enjoy! 🙂

  14. Alexandra @ Confessions of a Bright-Eyed Baker says:

I’m basically melting at the sight of these brownies. Super fudgy, moist, and gooey is RIGHT up my alley, and the fact that they’re loaded with chocolate means that you know how to do brownies right! (IMHO) Looooveee 🙂

  15. Oh my look at all that ooey gooey chocolate! I’m instantly in love with these brownies!

  16. These are ridiculous and I love you. Bring it on!!!! Just looking at this makes me want a glass of milk.

    1. These were perfect. The absolute best brownies I ever made and even better than any I ever bought. I use Valrohna cocoa powder and Ghirardelli chocolate. I did need to bake it a little longer, because it wasn’t set at all by the recommended time. I also found that it didn’t need the ganache. It was already perfect. Thank you!

  17. Holy guacamole this is the greatest brownie recipe I’ve ever laid eyes on! Look how ooey gooey they are!!! I WANT THESE NOW!!!!! Sorry for yelling. I’m just very enthusiastic for these hahaha. Pinning!
