  • Chicken breasts: Chopping the chicken breast up ahead of time will make it cook evenly and faster. The bigger the pieces they are, the longer it will take.
  • Bell peppers: Chop up your favorite color of bell peppers or a combination of any of them. I love red because they add color and are a little sweeter but go with what you like best.
  • Zucchini: Roasting zucchini in the air fryer tastes impressive! You are going to want to cook it this way a lot after you taste it. Yum!
  • Broccoli: One thing I love about this air fryer recipe is that you can easily use fresh broccoli or frozen. This is wonderful when you don’t have fresh ones on hand.
  • Onion: Chop up some onions, and they will add lots of flavor to the chicken and veggies.
  • Garlic: The garlic is optional because we are already using garlic powder but it adds so much flavor and is highly recommended!
  • Olive oil: When it comes to cooking in your air fryer, you don’t need a lot of oil. It’s a much healthier option than deep fat frying food the way you get in a fast-food chain.
  • Seasonings: I love using a combination of seasonings to add flavor to the chicken and vegetables. Garlic powder, chili powder (or paprika), salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning are my go-to flavors. However, you could use lemon-pepper, cajun, or anything else you like.

Making this air fryer chicken recipe couldn’t be any easier. Simply chop the vegetables and chicken into bite-sized pieces and place them in a large bowl.

Mix together the oil and seasonings and coat the chicken and veggies evenly. Then put the chicken and vegetables in the air fryer and cook. After they have cooked for 5 minutes or so, give them a shake and continue cooking. Keep cooking until the chicken is done, and everything has a char on it. You may need to work in batches if your air fryer isn’t very big.

  1. Delicious and easy! My broccoli was cooked more than I prefer so I will just put it in at the 1/2 way point next time but other than that it was great. I used a balsamic drizzle on top with rice. This will definitely be one of my go-to meals from now on.

  2. wat happens if you slap ur ballbag into the air frryer ?

  3. My husband and I loved this recipe and we will definitely be eating it again.

Also I love your chicken salad. One of my favorites

  4. My only complaint is the broccoli got over cooked. Otherwise the recipe was great. I did make one change I used boneless chicken thighs instead of chicken breasts. I will make again but either cook the broccoli separately for much less time

  5. So delicious! Will be making again and again. Thank you!

  6. What is one serving? I’m trying to track my macros.

  7. This was a big disappointment. I used chicken thighs instead of breast but otherwise I followed the recipe exactly. The broccoli was either undercooked or burnt, and the spices were overpowering. The chicken did turn out well along with the other vegetables. I won’t make this again

  8. This is a hit every time we make it, kid included. It’s easy, filling and delicious.

  9. Absolutely loved this❤️❤️❤️Used Herbs de Provance instead of Italian, otherwise followed the recipe exactly. Even my 2 toddlers who are so picky, they literally live on nuggets and Mac and cheese, enjoyed it, including the veggies.

  10. Delicious. I used chicken thighs as that is what we prefer but otherwise followed the recipe exactly. Found it need a touch more salt after cooking (I tend to undersalt while cooking so the salt level can be adjusted to indiviaual tastes. Definitely will make again – I think this would work with any veggies you might have on hand.

  11. This is great for really healthy low cal single servings…
I decrease the chicken to 12 oz and usually add mushrooms and/or green beans. As I prep I put half of everything (including spices) in a storage container and then stick it in the fridge to cook the next evening. I also kept cutting down on the oil, and now use none- I just spray the basket. Cooking time is perfect in my Osiri.

  12. Love it but it’s kind of dry. What kind of sauce can I add after to moisten it up ?

  13. I made this for dinner absolutely loved it ,I would definitely make it again .👍👍
