I used this recipe twice so far, the first time with almond butter and the second with peanut butter. It comes out perfect both times. My husband and I really like it, especially since we’ve been trying to reduce added sugar, and here is none and tastes great.
Thank you for the recipe!
I’m so happy to hear that, Monika!
recipe looks awesome, but does it require only 1/2 cup of coconut flour??
Coconut Flour absorbs more liquid than traditional flour.
Hi could I use ripe, frozen bananas, or would it give too much moisture?? Thank u
I haven’t tried this bread with frozen bananas, sorry!
