  1. Hi! Anyone make this in the air fryer? May I ask how? 🙏

  2. Excellent recipe. Doesn’t taste like a bowl of broccoli or a big plate of spinach. The ingredients are simple but in just the right proportions to make the chicken the star. We had it over cali rice and it was a great addition to our Keto recipes. Thank You!

  3. Really good! It’s not the recipe in the picture though. I added sun dried tomatoes, mushrooms and I had to add some chicken broth as the cream cheese just didnt cut it alone. I will definitely make this again!

  4. can you use frozen broccoli or do you need to use fresh?

    1. Frozen broccoli is just fine. Before you start cooking everything, put the frozen broccoli in a strainer and run hot water over it until the ice is gone. Then just add it in when the recipe calls for it.

  5. This was really good! It was very easy. This is so customizable; you can add any vegetables you want if you to add bulk without adding heavy carbs. It will definitely be in our weekly dinner rotation if not more often.

  6. I added 8oz of bacon to this. Cut into half inch squares. Cook it up, remove it, and then cook the chicken in the bacon fat and more oil.
Add the bacon back after the broccoli phase.
If you’re going to put it over rice then I would suggest adding a bit more oil or a little bit of heavy cream (preferred because it tastes better) at the end.
    Peace.

    1. great idea and I used whole cherry tomatoes this seem to be a good flexible recipe,

  7. I’m not a cook but, even I enjoyed making and eating this one! Thank you!

  8. This was soooooo good. Room to make it your own too. I used sun dried tomatoes instead and added mushrooms. Beyond good. This will be a regular.

  9. Mine didn’t turn out to look anything like the pictures, but holy shit is it delicious.
It turned out like a cheese sauce with vegetables and chicken.

  10. Has been on regular rotation for a few years now and everyone loves it. I didn’t even notice till tonight (probably made this 150x) that you said rice or pasta lol we just eat it as is and even the teenager doesn’t care to not have the extra carbs!

  20. What do you recommend for making this low sodium? Would love to try but eating my salt sugar and carb intake so veggies and lean meats and really all I’m trying to eat. Thank you

    1. To make this low sodium try using half the salt or use a salt substitute. As for not using spinich, extra broccoli will work. I’m not sure about cauliflower the only thing I can tell you try it see if you like it. Share what you discover. Hope this helps you.

  21. Sounded hard with all the veggies etc, but it was so easy and ssssssoooooo good! I put my hubby’s over rice (cuz he’s not doing Keto – or so he thinks! LOL). I;m already sharing with my friends! Keto and not keto!

  22. Will it be good if I eliminate the spinach and use either extra broccoli or add cauliflower?
