  1. I don’t know what the people saying that it didn’t have flavor?? Cause it did and it was good, I will keep this recipe in the rotation.

  2. Hello i will be making this sounds Good an it’s easy just whit i Like

  3. I added a touch of heavy whipping cream to ass some sauce to it., Perfection

    1. I’m not sure when you did this – hopefully not too terribly long ago. I’m making tonight – and just wondering did you add everything else as stated and just whipping cream or anything else?

  4. Made this recipe tonight! My family loved it. I have a husband who is an amazing cook to compete with! I served it over sauteed mushrooms! I love the bit of heat from the crushed red pepper! Thank you!

  5. This was delicious and super easy to make. The first time I try something, I follow the recipe completely, including stir time etc! It turned out beautifully, looking exactly like the pic. Experimenting and my own bits will begin next time …. and sure there will be many! Thank you.

  6. Delicious! What a fabulous way to get my husband to eat veggies! He loved it and asked for seconds. I’ll definitely be making this again … and again and again! Thank you for this great idea!

  7. Super easy and so delicious!!! It’s a keeper. I use fresh garlic and extra Italian seasoning… Love it!

  10. Hard to eat a smaller serving with this dish! The whole family loves it.

  11. HOLY GOODNESS! I followed the recipe but doubled it because of our family size and I don’t even like Italian seasoning that much, and I had Parmesan and cheddar cheese so I used that…The smell was amazing and I knew it would be good. Also, my hubby and I were a little tired of zucchini noodles and cauliflower rice…but I did have zucchini and yellow squash and I cut those into slices and baked them for 12 minutes and just used that as a base OMG it was the most delish thing I have had in a while! It was so pretty my husband said it looked like it came from a 5 star restaurant. I will be making this a few times a month. AND it was super easy and fun to make!

    1. Did you add zucchini, yellow squash and less broccoli?

      1. I’m pretty sure the photo is NOT this recipe. Anywho, I made some changes to the seasonings and veggies (only broccoli—doubled). The sauce was missing something, so I added about a half tsp. of Better than Bouillon chicken base, which was a great choice.

I was nervous about the sauce, but it came together as the veggies sweat! The broccoli takes way longer than 3 minutes, so when the cheese started browning and sticking to the pan, I gave it a stir, turned the heat off and let it sit covered for about 10 minutes. The brown bits released from the bottom as it sat and added great flavor to the sauce and the broccoli was perfectly cooked and coated!

  12. Delicious! Much more than the sum of its parts.

    I doubled all the veggies.

  13. Excellent! I made this for dinner tonight and everyone enjoyed it.

  14. We didn’t have tomatoes, otherwise I made the recipe to a T and put it over butternut squash noodles. Amazing!!! Even my daughter who loathes all things green asked for seconds. Definitely staying in rotation.

  15. I just made this but swapped the tomato for cabbage and added bacon and a little tiny bit of double cream! Was fantastic

  16. I made this for dinner tonight. I added a bit of chicken stock (probably 1/4 cup) at the end when I put the cheese in because the bottom of my pan was to hot. My family really enjoyed it. Thanks for a good keto recipe!

    1. Yum, that sounds delicious! happy you enjoyed the recipe, Julie 🙂

      1. This recipe was so easy, and it was soooo delicious. My husband loved it. I had to make it 3 times. LOL.

  17. Really tasty! My husband said he would even eat it again.

  18. This was easy to make and delicious my husband ate it over rice and said it was delicious. I will definitely be making this again

  19. This was super delicious and I love that it is so healthy. I’m on the Keto diet and this was very filling and satisfying. My husband and daughter ate rice with theirs and they both loved it too! The only complaint I have is that it took me a good 20 minutes to prep. But it was worth it. We will definitely make this again!

  20. Just made this recipe-OMG is it delicious!!!!!!

  21. So delicious! Followed recipe with the exception of using more chicken 1.5 lbs) because that is what I had thawed. The flavor was amazing. I think it was even better as a leftover. Will definitely make again.

  22. Followed the recipe more or less exactly as written, though I don’t really measure, but just eyeball incredients. Anyway, I just dished up, took a bite and WOW…I’m in heaven. Absolutely delicious. I paired mine with garlic cauli rice and it’s an instant addition to my dinner menu. I’m thinking how good this would be with shrimp! Thanks a million for this terrific recipe!

  23. This was honestly so insanely good. I paid it with cauliflower risotto and it was amazing together. Even if I’m not keto this will still be added to my weekly meals.

  24. THIS is amazing!!! Will definitely be making it again and again!!

  25. Awesome recipe! New to Keto/LowCarb but this does not taste low carb. We used mozzarella in the dish and Italian blended cheese in the riced cauliflower. Yum.
One thing I’d mention is if you double the recipe, you don’t necessarily need to use 8oz of cream cheese. That was too much for us. Super good.
This dish will be in regular rotation at our house.

    1. I wish I would have read this before yes it gets really creamy but still delicious I’ll have to try next time with just the 4oz

  26. Great recipe. I didn’t have fresh tomatoes so I used canned. Delicious, creamy and healthy. It’s s keeper!

  27. I am new to the low-carb world! Eating has always been a big part of my life and finding recipes that a filling and tasty has been a huge challenge. I made this for my meal prep this week and it was gone at dinner time. My family ate what I prepared for them and all my meal prep food. I was a little disappointed because I was looking forward to eating this a few more times this week, but I am glad they enjoyed it also 🙂 I am going to make more and package it QUICKLY !!!!!!

    1. That’s great to hear! this recipe is so versatile and makes a complete meal so I can see why you would love it too <3

        1. The serving size is about 1/4th of the entire dish. Hope that helps!

  28. Can this be made ahead of time? Looking for something that I can easily warm up for dinner. Has anyone ever tried it in a crockpot?
