This recipe is one of the easiest and quickest you can make. The cauliflower is roasted with lots of garlic and olive oil. It is then roasted in the oven at a high temperature until the outside of the cauliflower is golden and crispy and the inside is soft and creamy. Roasting will also caramelize the garlic and make the cauliflower 1000x more flavorful!
What You Will Need to Roast Cauliflower
- Fresh cauliflower florets
- Olive, coconut, or oil of choice
- Freshly minced garlic
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Parmesan cheese to top, optional
- A large heavy duty sheet pan
How to Roast Cauliflower
- Cut cauliflower florets into bitesize pieces
- toss cauliflower with oil, garlic and salt, and pepper
- spread in a single layer on a large baking sheet
- bake until golden and crispy
Roasted Garlic Cauliflower
Ingredients
- 1 large head cauliflower, separated into florets
- 3-4 cloves minced garlic
- 4 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil (optional), and set aside.
- Combine florets, garlic, olive oil and salt & pepper in a large bowl and stir until the Cauliflower is fully coated in oil and garlic. Transfer to a baking sheet or a glass baking dish.
- Bake uncovered for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway, or until the cauliflower is tender.
- To Make the creamy Sriracha Sauce: Whisk 1/2 cup mayo (or ranch dressing), 1/2 cup sour-cream, 2 tablespoons sriracha, 1 teaspoon lime juice.
