I replaced the heavy cream with coconut creamer and added some greek yogurt to help thicken it. Although it seemed better as a mousse. But it tastes so good it’s dangerous! It’s so hard to find recipes with minimal ingredients. But I will definitely be making this in the future. Thanks for this recipe!
Delicious!
I would recommend doubling the erythritol to achieve a better flavor. I added some honey to mine too, which no longer qualifies the recipe as keto. Although honey does have a lower glycemic index than table sugar. This recipe is very versatile as the dark chocolate shreds can be replaced w/ coconut or any crushed nut such as walnuts or macadamia nuts.
