  1. Amazing and so easy! My family ate it all, even my 3 and 5 year olds. I didn’t add spinach and I would recommend doubling the sauce to be able to really pour it on the chicken! We served it with wild rice but it would be perfect having having it on its own or with some mashed cauliflower.

  2. My family LOVED this dish. I have a very picky family that doesn’t like trying new things. Add spices according to your palate. The crushed bell pepper was too much for my husband but perfect for me. And he still raved about it! Will try to add some chicken broth or maybe some ranch next time. But great as is!

  3. Hi am I able to cook this using frozen broccoli?

    1. Add the broccoli as you would with the fresh broccoli!

      1. Cooked it for the fam and it was finger licking toe stomping good.

    2. You need to specify to use already cooked broccoli and spinach. I used frozen and it took a long time to cook.

      1. The recipe called for fresh broccoli and spinach but frozen can be used instead. You would have to cook the frozen broccoli until it’s fully cooked of course.

  4. I’ve tried to pin two different recipes from your site and the pin button won’t work. 🙁

    1. This is an amazing recipe! I seen this while trying out the keto diet and it has became one of our family favorite meals. Of course cooking for more people I add more broccoli, spinach ect. but also I throw some chopped onions in after the chicken is cooked and it is just so good! Thank you for whoever’s responsible for this recipe 🙂

  5. I made this for dinner last night, as a Latin person, I added a little more of the spices used since we love taste. It was a hit!! My husband and kids loved it!! Definitely added this dish to our book.

  6. Can I use a substitute for the cream cheese? Like bag shred Italian?

    1. You can use heavy cream, replace it with shredded cheese or skip it if you’d like.

  7. This was really quick to prepare with “yummy” actually super “yummy” results. This will become another favourite in our home. Thank you for sharing. This is definitely a keeper!

    1. Thank you for this recipe!😍 My family loved it. I added asparagus and canned mushrooms. I didn’t have spinach the first time I made it. There were no leftovers. I am making some again tonight this time adding green beans🥰
Super great recipe. Thanks for sharing!!😍🥰

      1. Thanks for taking the time to review. Your additions sound delicious 🙂

  8. I was looking at this and being in a hurry wanted to use my Instant Pot as my main ingredients were frozen. To be honest I’ve never used my Instant Pot before and wanted to try it out. I followed the directions but added a bit too much water So after 5 minutes on high and 5 minutes natural pressure release, I had soup BUT a really tasty one. Especially I added in a little Tony Chachere’s Creole Seasoning. So I sorta stumbled onto something I really liked and will be making again. Thanks for posting this recipe I’d have never made my new concoction without it.

  9. It looks delicious! I’m going to hit tonight for the first time I will change the flavor a little biting extra spices that I usually use with chicken. This is such an easy dish to make your own thank you so much for sharing it.

  10. I made this just as stated. It’s quicker if everything is ready to go once you start. Very good!

  11. I loved this recipie. I saw people say this was very bland. Chicken, broccoli, and spinach are all bland ingredients, but if you season properly, it’s very flavorful. I love garlic so I added more and more italian seasoning. I also used frozen spinach asnI did t have fresh available. This was very good! I will certainly make again. thanks!!

  12. Getting ready to make this now for the 1st time, read up on the comments for sure gonna double up on the spices. Can not wait to taste this delicious lookin meal.

    1. Yummy, this meal is so delicious, only could eat half of what I put on my plate very filling. Followed instructions to a T perfect taste with enough spice to it topped on some brown rice.Thinking of adding sweet onions to it next time. Thank you for sharing😋

      1. Thanks for taking the time to leave this fabulous review, Mandee! <3

  13. I’m a middle aged guy with very little cooking experience.. I saw this recipe and had all of the ingredients here at home. So I gave the recipe a shot. It is so simple and delicious. Easy clean up too.

    Thanks!!

  14. I too added doubled the spices. This is definitely a “SLAP YO MAMMA!” Its so damn good recipr!

  15. This was great, others said it was bland so I added extra hot pepper flakes, I also added a splash of chicken stock to deglaze the pan and let it evaporate. Great dish thanks a million

    1. I thought it tasted great! Thanks for a great quick recipe

      1. This was SO GOOD! I didn’t have all the ingredients so I did make some variations. I didn’t have Italian seasoning, so I just use regular seasoning salt and minced onion. I used frozen broccoli, however I pre cooked it in the microwave. I didn’t have any spinach either, so I roasted some asparagus to go on the side. I also covered the pan after adding the cheese and cream cheese to cook for an additional 5 minutes. My husband loves meat and potatoes, and this was a huge hit with him. I will make this every day for the rest of my life! LOL

  16. this dish looks so good. can i use frozen broccoli or does it work best with fresh?

    1. You can also add extra spice and make it your own if you prefer more flavor!

  17. This is delicious! I added some onion powder and minced onion as well, but otherwise i cooked it as instructed. It was great, but it definitely took me longer than 15 minutes.

    1. It took me longer th 15 minutes. Ihad to double the ingredients, but Will definitely make it again.

  18. My cousin made this for us and my hubbie said this needs to be put on the rotation! Making it again tonight, wouldn’t change a thing.

  19. This is so easy and taste fabulous! Thank you for a great Recipe!

    1. So happy you enjoyed it! Thanks for stopping by 😀

  20. Could you substitute the chicken for beef? My husband doesn’t eat chicken.

    1. I haven’t tried it with beef but I would just cut it into bite-size pieces and be sure it’s cooked before adding the veggies.

  21. I doubled the amount of spinach and spices. It was DELICIOUS!!

  22. Just made this, it’s excellent, but I would do half the cream cheese and a couple of splashes of cream….IT WAS A LITTLE TO THICK FOR MY LIKING!

  23. This Was great! Quick, easy and versatile! i Followed the ingredients to a “T” except for omitting the italian seasoning and Mine turned out way creamier (and less aestHetically pleasing) than the photo, but it tasted great! So much flavor with so few sPices! Next time i will cut the cream cheese in half…

  24. WoUld it still be the same if i were to use chicken breast.

  25. Delicious! I doubled it (all except for the Cream Cheese) and it was perfect.

  26. What if I used heavy cream instead of cream cheese
