3 Ingredient strawberry banana smoothie I’m going to admit, ever since spring started I’ve been trying to lose a few pounds. One of my all time favorite fun and easy ways to shed a few pounds during the summer is to drink a glass of refreshing smoothie every day either for breakfast or dinner.

Smoothies fill you up for a long time and when made without sugars or added sweeteners can be a great way to get an intake of fruits and vegetables.

3 Ingredient strawberry banana smoothie

This strawberry banana smoothie is made with just 3 ingredients. Strawberries, bananas, and milk (low-fat or non-fat) or water. You just toss all the ingredients in the blender for a few seconds until it’s nice and creamy and your done. It really doesn’t get much easier than this!

You can also customize it by adding some berries or even some kale for an even healthier smoothie.

  7. I’ve done this since I had my kids and the oldest is 38 I used this as a sweet treat for them and they thought it was a sugar filled treat. I only added cinnamon. I love it.

  8. It’s ok, I mean, it’s good, but it doesn’t taste like the ones you would by at a restaurant or anywhere else. It’s just…different.

  12. Strawberry-Banana is probably my favourite smoothie combination. I always use yogurt in mine and have never tried with just milk! I feel like it would have a nice, smoother texture using just milk though 🙂

  13. Love the way you style the smoothie, very pretty and tropical! 🙂 This sounds like a great smoothie–I always like to have simple recipes like this for rushed mornings.

  14. Can I jump with you onto this weight loss bandwagon?! Especially if it involves lots of smoothie drinking. Yum.
